Pelvic Bone

So I have started modelling the skeleton. And here is a quick video of me sculpting the Pelvis bone.
I started out with shadowbox, which is a nice feature in zBrush. Basically  you mask out the form, and than it project it into a mesh. I have no particulate experience with it, but so far it works quite well!I later converted it to dynamesh, which means I am able to do whatever, without thinking about any form for topology. Which is very nice. I used reference from a book/Journal in the "Leonardo Collection" Anatomy for Artists.

I think this is a very good workflow, and to quote Steven Lord "Today's zbrush artist are getting lazy. Remember that you as an artist/sculptor have to train the eye-hand coordination" Which is so true! With all the tools and support that zbrush offer, makes it difficult to think about something as obvious. How did the traditional painters or sculptors get amazing? Well, the eye-hand coordination is one of the reason!
